Friday, November 1
1 p.m.: Streets close for race course preparation and paddock setup
2-10 p.m.: Competitor sign-in
2-5 p.m.: Pre-race tech/scrutineering open
2-11 p.m.: Pits open
5-10 p.m.: Pre-race technical inspection open on the pre-grid
Saturday, November 2
7 a.m.: Pits open.
7-9 a.m.: Driver sign-in
7 a.m.: Pre-race tech/scrutineering for overnight arrivals only.
7:15 a.m.: Mandatory Driver’s meeting
8:15-1:30 p.m.: Practice rounds
11:30am: Break
1:45-4:30 p.m.: Timed qualifying
5 p.m.: Track Closes at conclusion of racing.
8 p.m.: Outdoor music on the waterfront
Sunday, November 3
8 a.m.: Warm-up by class
10 a.m.: Opening Ceremonies
11:00 a.m.: Racing begins
4:00 p.m.: Racing ends
4:30 p.m.: Podium awards
